Steps to take if you get Damaged/Defective/Wrong Merchandise - Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt. - If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please call us immediately at 1-800-448-1050 and ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. - Items returned without a RMA number will not qualify for a refund, exchange or credit.
General Reminders about ALL Returns - Customers are responsible for "return shipping charges" unless the item is damaged or defective. - Items must be returned in original packaging OTHERWISE a 10% re-stocking fee will apply. - Shipping charges to the customer are not refundable.
Specific Reminders about Furniture Returns - In- Stock furniture can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund. - Made-to Order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.
Specific Reminders about General Merchandise Returns - Unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund. - Used items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. However, used items will be assessed a 10% restocking fee. - After 30 days, customers are to contact the product manufacturers directly.
Specific Reminders about Wig and Hair Extension Returns - Due to State Health Department regulations that dictate how personal products may be handled, we are unable to accept returns on hair extensions unless package is unopened.
