Orders are shipped within 24 hours of receipt (or on the next business day) by United Parcel Service (UPS). Click here to view a map with projected delivery time for all UPS orders. Second Day Air Express is also available (please call 800.448.1050 for a quote). With the exception of special orders, these items will take10-12 weeks.

Freight

Freight is free on all orders of $85 dollars or more in the 48 contiguous US states - 
exceptions are noted below. Orders $85 or above have a processing fee of $4.95 US.

There are freight charges on all shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico


Additional charges may apply for orders shipping to Puerto Rico and Virgin Islands.

There are freight charges on all items marked “freight additional.”

Orders with a value of under $85 are charged a shipping fee of $11.95.

Order Cancellation

- Special orders or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled.
- Orders for in-stock items can be cancelled before 4:00 EST.

Returns

Steps to take if you get Damaged/Defective/Wrong Merchandise
- Please inspect your order within 48 hours of receipt.
- If an item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, please call us immediately at 1-800-448-1050 and ask for a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- Items returned without a RMA number will not qualify for a refund, exchange or credit.

General Reminders about ALL Returns

- Customers are responsible for "return shipping charges" unless the item is damaged or defective.
- Items must be returned in original packaging OTHERWISE a 10% re-stocking fee will apply.
- Shipping charges to the customer are not refundable.

Specific Reminders about Furniture Returns

- In- Stock furniture can be returned or exchanged within 10 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund.
- Made-to Order furniture cannot be returned or exchanged.

Specific Reminders about General Merchandise Returns

- Unused items may be returned within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange, credit or refund.
- Used items may be returned within 30 days of receipt. However, used items will be assessed a 10% restocking fee.
- After 30 days, customers are to contact the product manufacturers directly.

Specific Reminders about Wig and Hair Extension Returns

- Due to State Health Department regulations that dictate how personal products may be handled, we are unable to accept returns on hair extensions unless package is unopened.

Security & Privacy

Nationwidebeauty.com is a secure shopping site. We take your security and your privacy seriously. All information you provide and transactions you initiate will be kept confidential to Nationwide Beauty & Barber Supply. Your name and any information you provide will not be sold or added to any lists without exception.

Sales Tax

Nationwide charges sales tax to New York State customer only. Sales taxes for New York State customers will reflect the county tax rate of the billing address of that customer. Taxes will be waived if valid New York State Sales Tax ID is provided.

Orders Outside the United States

At this time, Nationwide does not ship outside the U.S. and its territories.

Shipping Policy

- Most general merchandise is sent via UPS ground service.
- Delivery dates are estimates provided by UPS or trucking companies.
- There are additional charges for deliveries that require a DEFINITE date, day and time.
- Furniture items are shipped by truck.
Please note:
- Truck deliveries include the following: notification, lift gate service and inside delivery.
- Inside Delivery means placing the merchandise on the landing after the first doorway on the ground floor.

Truck deliveries do NOT include:
1. Removing items from boxes
2. Carting away boxes
3. Setting up furniture

- A "White Glove Service" is available for select locations for an additional charge. Please call for details.

Nationwide Warranty

FURNITURE - Nationwide warrants that the goods sold will, when delivered, be free of defects in workmanship or material. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent as to hydraulic pumps during the period of not more than three years from the shipping date, or as to upholstery, finishes, and reclining mechanisms not more than one year from the shipping date, not including any damage caused by water, fire, discoloration, fading or staining of fabrics or improper installation, tampering, mishandling, abuse or misuse of equipment, Seller shall, upon prompt written notice and compliance by the customer with such instructions as it shall give with respect to the return of defective products or parts, correct such non-conformity by repair or replacement. Correction in the manner provided above shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of Nationwide with respect to the quality of the products. The forgoing warrant is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality, whether written, oral, or implied (including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose).

GENERAL MERCHANDISE - For appliances and other goods, not including furniture, Nationwide warrants that the goods sold will, when delivered, be free of defects in workmanship or material. If any failure to conform to this warranty becomes apparent during the period of not more than 30 days from the shipping date, Seller shall, upon prompt notice and compliance by the customer with such instructions as it shall give with respect to the return of defective products or parts, correct such non-conformity by repair or replacement. Correction in the manner provided above shall constitute a fulfillment of all liabilities of Nationwide with respect to the quality of the products. The forgoing warrant is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties of quality, whether written, oral, or implied (including any warranties of merchantability or fitness for purpose). After 30 days from the shipping date, the manufacturer’s warranty for the goods sold will be the sole correction available to the customer. The manufacturer has sole discrection to repair or replace goods according to policies set forth in their warranty. The customer has the sole responsibility to contact and return goods to the manufacturer for repair or replacement after 30 days from the shipping date.

Nationwide Beauty & Barber Supply strives to provide current and accurate information on the Website. However, misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions or other errors may sometimes occur. Nationwide Beauty & Barber Supply does not warrant that the content of the Website including, without limitation, products information and pricing, is accurate or complete.

Nationwide Beauty & Barber Supply reserves the right to: 1. correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time without prior notice or liability to you or any other person; 2. change at any time promotional offers and any other Website content without any notice or liability to you or any other person; 3. limit quantities available for sale or sold.
